The Foundation Board of the GEMINI Collective Foundation 1e has decided to transfer the Foundation’s entire operations to the financial services provider finpension with effect from 1 January 2025. This measure relates exclusively to the GEMINI Collective Foundation 1e and does not affect the GEMINI Collective Foundation. 

GEMINI 1e and GEMINI are two autonomous collective foundations with entirely separate operations that merely share the same brand. Accordingly, this measure does not affect the clients of the GEMINI Collective Foundation. Clients of the GEMINI Collective Foundation 1e will receive further information in a separate letter. 

With some 220 members and assets totalling CHF 45 million, the GEMINI Collective Foundation 1e has come to the conclusion that it is too small a player to operate effectively in the long term as an insurer of extra-mandatory pension fund assets by way of individual investments. In view of the market situation and GEMINI 1e’s commitment to offering its members the best possible terms of service, the Foundation Board has therefore decided to transfer its operations.
