You can register employees for occupational benefits with us if all the following requirements are met:
They have reached the age of 17.
Their annual salary is above the entry threshold according to the occupational benefits plan.
Their employment contract is longer than three months.
They have not yet reached retirement age.
What you need to do
Register the new employee directly via the Connect online portal. After submitting their data, you will receive confirmation detailing the information you entered and with an overview of their provisional contributions per year/month.
What happens after registration
After you have registered a new employee, we will send them the following documents by post:
Welcome letter
Pension certificate
“Fact sheet for new members” on the transfer of any vested benefits for persons aged 25 and over
Activation letter with access details for registering in the online portal
Provisional calculation of contributions – how it works
You can calculate the contributions for new employees yourself in the Connect online portal.
