The GEMINI Collective Foundation is an independent Swiss employee benefits institution. We offer companies and their employees future-oriented pension solutions. Ever since our foundation in 1977, we have been committed to ensuring that pension fund assets are managed professionally and in accordance with our customers’ individual requirements.
Our organisation
The organisation of the GEMINI Collective Foundation is based on a proven structure. The Foundation Board assumes strategic responsibility, while Management reports directly to the Foundation. Administrative management is handled by Avadis Vorsorge AG, which ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly.
A network of experienced external partners complements the organisation. This clear distribution of roles and the cooperative partnership form the basis for professional management at the Foundation.
