Notify us of any salary changes directly via the Connect online portal.

How the salary notification system works

It’s easy to notify us of any salary changes in the Connect online portal. You can find a step-by-step guide on how to proceed in the instructions for Connect.

Reporting individual salary changes during the year

You can change the salary for a specific employee under “Members and insured persons” in the menu. The members are listed under the three-dot menu. After processing the salary notification, we will send you the corresponding contributions statement.

Reporting salary changes for all employees during the year

You can make mid-year salary changes for all employees under “Salary notifications” in the menu. The salary notification will then be displayed under “Tasks”, where you can download it as a PDF.

Reporting salaries for the new year

We will send you a file for salary notifications for the year ahead in January. This template is an easy way to report all employee salaries in full. The procedure is the same for salary notifications made during the year for multiple employees.
