GEMINI Collective Foundation goes independent

The GEMINI Collective Foundation will take over the operations currently managed by Avadis Vorsorge AG as of 1 July 2026. From this point onwards, Avadis will no longer be responsible for managing the Foundation’s administration and distribution.

The Foundation has reached a size that allows it to operate independently. “Thanks to this step, we can enhance our flexibility and optimise our processes to better suit our needs,” says Bruno Marroni, the Foundation’s Managing Director.

Avadis Vorsorge AG regrets the separation but appreciates what has been a very successful collaboration. “We are proud to have accompanied GEMINI on its journey and to have contributed to its development. This new chapter opens up fresh opportunities for both organisations,” says Benno Halter, CEO of Avadis.

The handover will be carefully coordinated to ensure a smooth transition. GEMINI will take over all affected employees.
