Karlo Barac appointed new Head of Sales at GEMINI

Karlo Barac is the new Head of Sales at GEMINI Collective Foundation with effect from 1 July 2025. Thanks to his extensive sales experience and qualifications, including a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Sales Management for Insurance Companies and a Swiss Federal Certificate in Employee Benefit Provision, he brings a wealth of expertise to his new job. Karlo Barac is a former GEMINI employee who is now returning to the company.

He will remain employed by Avadis Vorsorge AG until GEMINI begins operating independently. From 1 July 2026 onwards, he will be employed directly by GEMINI.
