Now online: the new 2024 annual report in digital format

Despite operating in a challenging environment, we achieved a stable result in the 2024 financial year. Highlights include the following events and decisions:

• All employee benefits units recorded a coverage ratio above 100%, while assets rose to CHF 6.9 billion.

• From July 2026, GEMINI will become operationally independent and fully replace Avadis.

• The Foundation Board was confirmed and the Investment Committee was expanded to include three new members.

• GEMINI Pool 20 will now be managed as Pool 25, after the Foundation Board increased the equity quota to 25%.

• Despite the challenging market environment, the four GEMINI investment pools generated returns in line with the industry average.

• The migration to the new management system has been completed.
