Despite ongoing global uncertainties, financial year 2023 was a positive one for the GEMINI Collective Foundation. Highlights include the following events and decisions:

• The number of beneficiaries, assets under management and the coverage ratios of the employee benefits units all showed a positive trend.

• Equity and bond markets performed particularly well, producing positive returns for all investment pools.

• Bruno Marroni was appointed Managing Director of the GEMINI Collective Foundation on 1 July 2023.

• The migration of the administration software is almost complete.
